Pope Francis’ addresses that have appeared in recent weeks are completely at odds with Christian teaching and the information in the Bible. Christianity has suffered various distortions since the time of the Prophet Jesus (pbuh). However, the facts that God is the Creator of all, that He is Almighty and that every moment is ordained in destiny are essential principles defined in the Bible. Anyone rejecting these essentials would be straying from Christianity and producing his own interpretation that is nowhere in the Bible. While millions of Christians unconditionally believe that God created the universe and all living things, that every moment of life takes place by the Will of God and that all Might and Power lie with God, it is unacceptable for the spiritual leader of that faith to issue statements that are diametrically opposed to that.
When these statements of the Pope are studied line by line, it will clearly be seen they are in conflict with Christianity and the Bible.
(Surely God and the faith are beyond the expressions that appear in the statements of the Pope)
The Pope: “Evolution in nature is not inconsistent with the notion of creation, because evolution requires the creation of beings that evolve.”
These words of the Pope’s reveal that he is not sufficiently informed about what Darwinism claims and about what science says on the subject. The idea of evolution is completely against Creation. Evolution maintains that life and the universe are the products of chance and that all life evolves by chance. To say that life is based on intelligence, not chance, means to accept the existence of Supreme Intelligence, God, a truth, which all evolutionists passionately oppose.
Science has proved that there is no such thing as ‘an evolving being.’ Fossils are the most concrete scientific findings that provide information about the history of life. More than 400 million fossils have been identified to date and not one of these 400 million shows that life evolved. Living things came into being instantly with all the characteristics they possess (in other words, they were created) and they have not gone through any change (meaning they have not evolved). Since there is not even one single fossil which shows that any life form ever changed in any way, there can be no such thing that could be called an ‘evolving being.’ The Pope should speak according to the scientific evidence available and according to the Gospels, not according to information provided for him or in the light of the promptings of the Darwinist dictatorship. Science proves that evolution never happened. (You can examine fossils that show that evolution never happened from this web site http://www.fossil-museum.com)
The Pope: “When we read about creation in Genesis, we run the risk of imagining God was a magician, with a magic wand able to do everything. But that is not so.”
First and foremost, Creation is a fact. Countless branches of science, such as astronomy, biology, paleontology, astrophysics and quantum physics all reveal the truth of Creation.
Someone who is the spiritual leader of more than 1 billion people should set an example to the world with his respect for religion and religious values. What would be most becoming of the Pope is to demonstrate the finest respect when speaking of Creation. The Pope’s language when speaking of our Lord God is not sufficiently respectful. In order for a devout person to show the highest level of respect in speaking of God, he must express his love of God in the most sincere, most candid and unsullied way. The sensitivity in his language is a beautiful sign of the depth of his faith.
These words in the Pope’s speech is in conflict with belief in God and the belief in God in the Gospels. God is the All-Mighty and All-Powerful, and is the Lord of all as all the believers in the Gospels, in the Torah and in the Qur’an know. As the religious leader of the Christians, the Pope needs to preach, in agreement with the Gospels, the scripture in which he believes, that God is Lord of all things on Earth, that He knows what is most secret and that nothing happens beyond His knowledge and power. If the Pope, may God forbid, says that it is wrong to think that God is powerful enough to do anything, then what the Pope is describing is not Christianity, but his own unique belief and thought system.
God is the One Who does everything. God is Lord of all. God is infinitely powerful and mighty. The Pope and everything he says and all those trying to indoctrinate him are all the creations and servants of God and under the dominion of God. There can be no question of life or anything in the universe coming into being or developing coincidentally. Every moment of life, every speck of life, came into being as God’s creations and every speck continue to exist at the behest of God.
The Supreme Power of Creation and the Omnipotence of God is described in detail in the Gospels and in the Qur’an. Various passages from the Gospels on the subject read as follows:
In Him we were also chosen, having been predestined according to the plan of Him Who works out everything in conformity with the purpose of His will, (Ephesians, 1:11)
… there is no authority except that which God has established. The authorities that exist have been established by God. (Romans, 13:1)
The God Who made the world and everything in it is the Lord of heaven and earth … He Himself gives everyone life and breath and everything else. From one man He made all the nations, that they should inhabit the whole earth … (Acts, 17:24-26)
… for us there is but one God, … from Whom all things came and for Whom we live; and there is but one Lord, … through Whom all things came and through Whom we live. (1 Corinthians, 8:6)
For from Him and through Him and for Him are all things. To Him be the glory forever! Amen. (Romans, 11:36)
For in Him all things were created: things in heaven and on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or powers or rulers or authorities; all things have been created through Him and for Him. He is before all things, and in Him all things hold together. (Colossians, 1:16-17)

The fact that God is the Creator of everything is related as follows in the Gospel:
So it is written: "The first man Adam became a living being"... The first man was of the dust of the earth... (1 Corinthians, 15:45-47)
For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith—and this not from yourselves, it is the gift of God—not by works, so that no one can boast. For we are God's masterpiece... to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do. (Ephesians, 2:8-10)
When they heard this, they raised their voices together in prayer to God. "Sovereign Lord," they said, "You made the heaven and the earth and the sea, and everything in them." (Acts, 4:24)
... Since what may be known about God is plain to them, because God has made it [signs of His existence] plain to them. For since the creation of the world God's invisible qualities—His eternal power and Divine nature—have been clearly seen, being understood from what has been made, so that men are without excuse. For although they knew God, they neither glorified Him as God nor gave thanks to Him, but their thinking became futile and their foolish hearts were darkened. Although they claimed to be wise, they became fools and exchanged the glory of the immortal God for images made to look like mortal man and birds and animals and reptiles. (Romans, 1:19-26)

If the Pope says, despite all these pronouncements in the Gospels, “No, living things develop by themselves, life progresses by chance and God does not have dominion over all things,” then that is the Pope’s own personal belief, not Christianity.
The Pope: “He created human beings and let them develop according to the internal laws that he gave to each one so they would reach their fulfillment. The creation of the universe was not a singular event, but rather went forward for centuries and centuries, millennia and millennia until it became what we know today.”
These words of the Pope’s contain enormous scientific and religious errors. There is no process in the physical structures and anatomies of living beings which suggests that they themselves developed after their first creation. Our Lord, who creates all things from nothing, also ordains every moment of every entity that He creates. Saying that “a living thing came into being and then continued developing on its own” is to claim that the life form in question developed with its own intelligence and systems to meet its needs. That is both scientifically impossible and a violation of reason and logic. Giraffes, birds, cats, rabbits, ants, dolphins, whales, butterflies, roses, carnations, strawberries and bananas did not one day suddenly think, ‘Would it not be better if I were rather different?’ and set about improving themselves. Each one was created with the characteristics that God saw fit to bestow on them and has survived in the manner He sees fit. To believe that a life form said ‘Let me do this’ and then developed organs, limbs and characteristics for itself is a logical error that even primary school children would find laughable.
If, as the Pope maintains, a life form acquires the features it possesses today over the course of thousands of years, we should be able to see traces of that process in the fossil record. For example, when we look at fossil spiders we should see traces and stages by which they assumed their present forms. We should see abundant spiders with half legs, undeveloped legs, only just learning to spin webs or with missing organs. Yet there is one concrete reality in the spider fossils we see dating back hundreds of millions of years: As with all other life forms, spiders have never changed and never underwent any such process of the kind the Pope describes.
The notion described by the Pope fails to see that God rules all things and is Almighty and Omnipotent. The fact is however that God reveals in the Gospel and in the Qur’an that everything comes into being through His Will, and that all power lies with Him:
Jesus looked at them and said, "With man this is impossible, but with God all things are possible." (Matthew, 19:26)
... Great and marvellous are Your deeds, Lord God Almighty. … (Revelation, 15:3)
Do not be like them, for God knows what you need before you ask Him.(Matthew, 6:8)
Are not five sparrows sold for two pennies? Yet not one of them is forgotten by God. Indeed, the very hairs of your head are all numbered. (Luke, 12:6-7)
For there is nothing hidden that will not be disclosed [at God’s Sight], and nothing concealed that will not be known or brought out into the open. (Luke, 8:17)
... “The earth is the Lord’s, and everything in it.”(1 Corinthians 10:26)
The Pope’s statements should instill strength in people, not doubt. The Christian world has suffered very serious spiritual and material problems in recent years. The way to overcome these is not by submitting to the indoctrination of the Darwinist dictatorship and unbelievers, but by clinging tightly to God’s commandments, by submitting to the power of God and the destiny God created, by binding oneself with love to Jesus the Messiah (pbuh) and telling everyone that we are in the time of his blessed coming.
Choosing a middle path between religion and irreligion will result, may God forbid, in believers suffering a grave defeat; salvation lies in the path shown by God. If the Pope and the Vatican wish the Christian world to be restored to life and health, young people to return to faith and spirituality to flourish, then they must ask that from God, the Omniscient, not from the Darwinists.
