There should be a love race instead of an arms race in the world

ADNAN OKTAR: Finance can be improved, fine; but we need to give to the poor, orphans, the needy, everyone who loves God and those who do not believe in God. “The Mahdi (pbuh) will distribute goods equally,” he [our Prophet] says. The money spent on weapons should be given to the people. The money spent on bombs should be given to the poor. The money spent on napalm bombs should go to orphans. That is easy, but they give the impression it is unbelievably difficult. And the difficult and ruthless thing is portrayed as an easy matter. It is very hard to make bombs. It is hard to load those bombs onto a plane. It is hard to train a pilot. It is very hard to then go and drop them on someone else. What need is there for that? Drop food from that plane, drop books, throw chocolate to children. Why do bombs have to be dropped? “No,” they say, “We have to. We have to have bombs from here and missiles from there.” There is a huge competition, an arms race. There should be a race to disarm instead. There should be a love race instead. What good is an arms race, my brother? They buy 100 planes, bombers. “So we need 150,” the others say. Then the first ones say, “If they have 150, we need to have 200.” This is a terrible thing. Not a soul stands up and says; “What kind of world is this? What are we doing? We must stop at once.” There are arms brochures. New weapons are advertized in them. “Look at the perfection when this rocket is launched and hits the town,” they say, “It will wipe out at least 10,000 people.” “This is real technology. We have also developed a new napalm bomb. When you launch it, not an ant will be left alive. It is really perfect.” What kind of world is this? What kind of life is this? Resisting the system of the Mahdi and Jesus the Messiah (pbuh) has made people like this. There is no other explanation. It is a terrifying and horrible thing.

ADNAN OKTAR: Look at that mindset! You should send that money to Africa, hand it out to children and the poor. There is more than enough. Give it to them as food and clothing. What is the need? If they want to change the Iraqi regime, Islamic countries can come together and issue an ultimatum and that will be that. But the Islamic world does not come together. A great many religious scholars are against Islamic Union and the system of the Mahdi. But they are silent in the face of wickedness and ruthlessness. Some scholars even support wickedness for their own ends and prestige. Scholars and teachers laud to the sky that man who carried out a coup in Egypt. They almost depict the Muslim Brotherhood as the army of satan. They used to say the exact opposite. They used to say the army were the army of satan, and that the Muslim Brotherhood were a community of believers. You should support both sides. Love them and love the others. Watch out for everyone.
